Shower Water Temperature

What temperature water do you use when you shower?

I generally wash my hair in warm water. I then wash the rest of my body in as hot as is comfortable. I then rinse in completely cold water.

What about you?

No cold rinse for me. Cold rinses are for laundry.

Except in summer when the air temperature is pushing 40c/104f. Then cold water only. One gets up a mice nice sweat while drying.
