Simple Not Easy

Greetings friends and philosophers :)

I would like to compile a list of things which are simple, but, not easy. Ideally, not for debate, just a brainstorm.

( for those who are sticklers for semantics: things which are simple but not always easy )

Yup. But in general isn't the purpose of eating spicy-hot food the spicy-heat? Meaning if it was easy, it wouldn't be spicy-hot, it would be bland?

That's what I was going for.
