Sin, in man

I saw the thread about sin, and its definition.
Only a human can sin. The definition, I suppose,
is anything that betrays the gods.
Religion is corrupted by the sins of men. I suppose
that's why you need your religion, a group of edicts
that tell you when you have sinned. Therefore, sin
becomes important. If not for sin, who would have
need for your religion.
It is a cycle of perpetual confusion. So war on, with
your religion. Argue amongst yourselves about why
you sin. Debate your imperfections. Then go to
the Water, breathe the Air, sit upon the great Earth,
and know God.
In any way, I love you.

Dharmic religions aren't worried about sin. We don't need or have anyone tell us we sinned this way or that way. In fact even the term sin comes from the Judeo-Christian tradition and has zero meaning in the Dharmic traditions. We do not come from a point of view that living beings are inherently bad (original sin) we come from the stand point that living beings are inherently good. There is no sin, only actions and their results.

Aum Hari Aum!
