Smart system for better sleep

i have been struggeling with sleep for quite some time now. but i would never drink pills or put on machines to do the sleeping for me because i dont think its "natural" so to speak. thanks anyway though, many people will find it helpful indeed. if it is working that is.

I'm long over due for a new mattress. What I really want is something where I can elevate it just a bit so my head and back are slightly elevated, and my legs straight out. I've wanted a bed like that since my first hospital stay as a kid, but hospital beds don't exactly make good home beds.
But, for temperature, I think I'd rather just use extra blankets for warmth.

Placing some folded sheet(s) -- according to area req'd to be elevated -- under mattress works. You can try.
