In this case it is in the desert sands, and many Saudis are having fun in the snow and building snowmen. I haven't seen any snowwomen photos, too much covering or a burqa on the snowwomen would probably melt it. There were even snowcamels, however during last years snow Saudi Religious Cleric Mohammed Saleh Al Minjed issued a fatwa that decreed that building snowmen or any living snow-creature out of snow was an insult to the Islamic religion.
Others are even skiing while being pulled by a car and holding a rope, some just sliding on shoes, throwing snow balls. Normally it is deers associated with yellow snow, but in this case it might be rabbits or a camel - but the same rule applies, don't eat yellow snow.
