So about Trump.

I had tried to defend Trump for awhile now, not because I thought he was great but just because I didn't think he was the antichrist. Of course he had to do something I couldn't defend though or well a lot of things lately.

He gave 100 billion dollars to Saudi Arabia. That was about the straw that broke the camel's back. You don't give 100 billion dollars to a human rights violator for defense spending. You just shouldn't do that.

Of course I was kind of expecting that to happen anyway. I mean Obama gave money to Iran but it was no where near the same amount or for as silly of a reason.

So yeah Trump just had to do that I guess.

I think a lot of these people are having buyer's remorse.
I can't say that I blame them. But then again, many of the things I dislike about what he has done were campaign platforms. If someone is having buyers remorse about a campaign promise or something he talked about during that time, it is hard to feel sorry for them.

I don't think it was about Trump or his campaign platforms. I think a lot of people voted for trump just because they didn't want to vote for Hillary or at least that is the general vibe I have gotten from people I've talked to.

Trump is a not-very-good used car salesman who was given a silver spoon, and who managed it with dubious results. Anyone who believed in his campaign promises is a sucker.

I'd like to think that the folks that voted for him knew he was an incompetent liar, but they felt Washington needed a radical shaking up.

I thought I had read that he was supposed to get a huge sum from the Saudis as a result of weapons sales?

So Mr. "Hard on Terrorism" wants to seal off the borders to immigrants from a few nation over seemingly arbitrary reasons (that don't actually match up with the countries that are pumping out more terrorists and terrorist propaganda), yet he gives 100 billion to one of the worst offenders of training and sponsoring terrorism?
If I believed in the NWO/Illuminati conspiracies, I'd say they are quiet pleased.

I'd heard of the $100B arms deal, but I didn't see that it was a giveaway.
Link?

Links for these claims?

The above claims are worthy of criticism, but looking over multiple news
sources (including leftish ones), I've not seen a peep about these.

I don't see the giveaway either. You might have valid criticism if you think he should try to get the best deal for America instead working to get the best deal for Saudi Arabia, but this is no giveaway.

I don't think I said it was a giveaway now did I?

@Revoltingest this this this litterally what I'm just saying to you in action

If you can read this, you are as lucky as I am.
Well, to me this issue has two factets:

1. Saudi government officials helped to fund Muslim extremism in the US. It was the country of origin of bin Ladin, and 15 of the 19 9/11 terrorists.

2. See #1.

Arms deals are inappropriate. . . I'd prefer sanctions, or at least listed on the failed travel ban.

Alas, Trump has registered 8 companies in Saudia Arabia in the last two years, filled with hotel and apartment interests and deals.

If you can't read between the lines the way the OP has, then I can't help you understand how poor of a message this sends regarding our priorities to stop global terrorism. Is this administration only paying lip service to stop terrorism, preferring to make billions for themselves, or is it serious?

Trump's personal conflicts of interest are all over this deal, and frankly any deal he ever makes, without knowing his tax returns.

Does it bother anyone else here that the U.S. is the world's largest supplier or weapons by far in this world? Seems we will do anything for $.

No. Who do you think should be the largest arms dealer?
