Incredibly talented and successful performer, writer, producer, actor. His musical 'Matilda' was widely viewed as one of the best musicals of modern times.

He is quite funny, but gets a bit much after a while.

He was absolutely awesome as Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar (the modern rendition).

He's a talented musician and comedian. He's also a very human and sensible fellow underneath it all, I think. He kids because he loves, and because he really does care about people and wants them to be better. And because he thinks it's funny.
