So why the non interventionist policy on the part of god?

Seriously, why does god choose to just observe from afar and not intervene in this insane creation of his? All this confusion, all the people from different faiths thinking the others are just deluded and lost....and not a peep from the one who created this mess to clear this whole thing up. Why? It could be cleared up right quick couldn't it? if he decided to intervene and just say say hold up children...here is how it is and here is how it isn't, this is the truth. At least most of us had parents that could do that for us, but not so with god. I was raised with a strong faith growing up, but as I get older and more world worn, and seeing how much craziness and confusion is going on in this world, it makes me ask if there really is a god in control of this mad mad world, or are we are just left to our own crazy devices. I sometimes ask this question: if there is a god, all knowing and all powerful, and I have always believed there was, is this really the best he could do?
Yeah, considering how Christians sometimes describe their god it doesn't make any sense at all. My notion is that if there was a god who made our world he has to be a heartless sadist who gets his jollies watching pain and suffering. Or, he's completely abandoned his creation in favor of something more interesting, That our world struggles while it continues to spin out of control is of no concern.

You're asking corporeal beings to infer some wisdom on why God does not intervene....Well, how about asking him yourself? I think its arrogant to infer on the reason why God does this or that.
Why? Christians blithely, even joyfully, tell us and each other why their god does this, that, and the other thing.

Those Christians are wrong in my opinion. I think they are giving their layman's perspective of doctrinal metaphysics. I've realized in my life the more you try to explain why God does x, y, and z, the bigger the hole you dig.

It’s always seemed to me that if some kind of god did actually create all of this, he gave up and washed his hands of the whole mess at some point. We’re probably gathering dust in his loft alongside his sandwich toaster and exercise bike. :)

Because not all that will be saved have come yet.

… It could be cleared up right quick couldn't it? if he decided to intervene and just say say hold up children...here is how it is and here is how it isn't, this is the truth. …

But most people really don’t want to hear the truth. If they would want, it is possible already.

God said through jesus christ ''live like brothers and sisters''. do we live like that? NO. then why attack god?

Why do you assume there is a god? Because your Mom and dad said so since you were little? What evidence and logical arguments did they use to support this belief? Maybe, they believe simply because their mom and dad's told them to, and so on, and so forth?

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
....many religions seem to know the mind of God, otherwise they wouldn't have some such beliefs or other.
Not to mention unprecedented detail as to what an alleged God says, does, even the most private moments that technically no one could have known about.

All of that suddenly stopped cold turkey one summer day and the once interactive God is now a permanently handicapped deaf mute?
