Some new cats in town

Lackadaisy started out as a web comic several years ago and now, through Kickstarter, has evolved into a full-fledged animated pilot episode.

Set in the Roaring Twenties, the story revolves around some engaging bootleggers and speak-easy operators -- drawn as anthropomorphized cats.

The animation, dialogue, and voice actors for this nearly half-hour pilot are brilliant. I'm looking forward to seeking what comes next with this ambitious and entertaining project.

Give it a try -- and enjoy!

I like it

Thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed! Just to show some of the amazing artistic detail in the original webcomic, here's a brief dubbing by voice actor SungWon Cho:

Presumably, this scene will be incorporated into a future fully-animated episode that the creators produce.
