I am right handed with everything except sparring. I fight southpaw and have always been more comfortable with it. Most fighters take a stance with their strong hand in the rear so they can take advantage of the added power of using the rest of their body to propel the punch. But I have a history of fencing where you hold the weapon in your strong hand in front.
