What if Q would have given Jean-Luc Picard his power instead of William T. Riker?

What if Q would have given Jean-Luc Picard his power instead of William T. Riker?
He probably would have turned it down.

I doubt Picard would have used it. He wouldn't have accepted it, and he would have cursed Q if he forced it on him. It would have looked similar to when Picard rejected Q as a god.
Picard would only use it in extreme situations like whenever he had to watch a noob parking the ship or when dealing with Lwaxana Troi.
It would be more interesting if Data
or Lore got Q powers.

If Data has a super power it would probably be to get Q to go away out of boredom if it were just those two.
But Lore would be be widly fascinating to see and something that would be terrifying. Someone who would basically pass for a god in ages past getting powers that pass for a god in any age. He may even be able to do things the Q haven't discovered or can't do.
