Recently, I started regular yoga and meditation, with weekly sessions plus more frequent practice on my own. A couple of days ago I poured my heart out in exercise, which has left me with a sore back and hips since then. Totally worth it, though; I can think of few ways to be sore that can be as rewarding (no kinky pun intended).
I'm hoping the workouts and meditation continue to be helpful, especially since the potential for helping to have better mental health was the main reason I started them in the first place.
(I particularly feel better when I meditate on respectively turning @Rival and @Terese into a cute garden gnome and a chocolate Ganesha, you know.)
