Started Yoga and Meditation

Recently, I started regular yoga and meditation, with weekly sessions plus more frequent practice on my own. A couple of days ago I poured my heart out in exercise, which has left me with a sore back and hips since then. Totally worth it, though; I can think of few ways to be sore that can be as rewarding (no kinky pun intended). :D

I'm hoping the workouts and meditation continue to be helpful, especially since the potential for helping to have better mental health was the main reason I started them in the first place.

(I particularly feel better when I meditate on respectively turning @Rival and @Terese into a cute garden gnome and a chocolate Ganesha, you know.)
