I'm starting a new fast, because my last one was so refreshing. This time, it's going to be a week long. My goal is to one day get to at least one month of fasting ability. My next goals will be a tenday, than a fortnight, then three weeks then a month. Is this logical progression? This will take probably somewhat close to a year to achieve, if my timeline works. Anyway, the real question: Should this be a water fast or a juice fast? Should I exclude all liquids but water, or leave juice as well? Any thoughts welcome!
