Seems that the State Department got caught deleting footage of a reporter questioning State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki on aspects of the Iran nuclear deal.
At first the State Department attempted to do a CYA that the missing video was nothing more than a "glitch". Strange though is that the "glitch" was around 8 min long and the interchange was not exactly in the State Departments favor.

Did you actually read the CNN article in terms of who caught that someone deleted it and why it was deleted it was apparently deleted in the first place?

Kirby noted that the full briefing transcript, including the exchange on Iran, had always been available on the State Department website and that the omitted video has since been replaced with a complete version that had been archived with the Defense Department.

He said that was the only instance he was aware of in which briefing videos were edited, though he couldn't be sure there weren't others. He announced a new policy Wednesday in which every video would be posted immediately with all edits disclosed.

"To my surprise, the Bureau of Public Affairs did not have in place any rules governing this type of action," he said. "Therefore, we are taking immediate steps to craft appropriate protocols on this issue, as we believe that deliberately removing a portion of the video was not and is not in keeping with the State Department's commitment to transparency and public accountability."

There ya have it. The full transcript was available and they are taking steps to correct the issue. What more is there to discuss?

in December of 2013, then spokesperson Jen Psaki was asked by Fox News James Rosen if officials ever lie to the public to protect national security. This is what she said:

“James, I think there are times where diplomacy needs privacy in order to progress. This is a good example of that,” Psaki replied to Fox News reporter James Rosen.

That portion of the video was edited out of what the State Department posted that day. The missing video was actually only discovered three weeks ago and when the State Department was confronted about it, they said it was merely a “glitch.”

I saw that video long before your media. Your media is playing it 24/7 for a couple reasons only.

-State department related (another dig at Hillary)
-Running out of material, create new stuff
-Act as if video was intentionally altered to hide evidence (conspiracy theory)

Um, apparently you missed this right at the beginning of the CNN link:
"Part of a video of a State Department press briefing addressing secret talks between the U.S. and Iran was deliberately deleted before it was posted online, an investigation by the department's legal adviser found Wednesday...".

Also, the unedited video was continuously available on Youtube.
