Students Are Pushing Back Against Gender Ideology In Their Schools

We Never Know

So you are tired of hearing history. Who cares about Washington and Lincoln and the Declaration of Independence - they're ancient history. So we should stop teaching history because you're tired of it. Or do you want to teach propaganda as history instead?
If that's what you got from my post, open your eyes a little wider.

So obviously you would agree that even though you personally are tired of the topic, it stills need to be taught in high school history classes. You personally might not be "entertained" but it is still something that need to be understood.

I don't know if it should be pushed in schools or not. Some kids may try to be/act that way just for the heck of it or to get attention. Who knows.
Maybe have it as a seperate class open to anyone who wants to take it. Beats me what is best?????

Act what way? Act slavery? I don't understand what you are trying to say.

I believe having a general knowledge of you history is important, and you can't understand American history (or world history) without learning about slavery, and racism.
I guess we crossed wires with my jumping on and off working outside. I took it you talking about the OP.

About slavery should be taught in schools and so should the history of enslaving and murdering native americans.

Ah, then I think we are in agreement. The kids that you talk about in the OP might just be acting out, repeating the hateful toxic garbage they have heard. I think most of them will get over this pretty quickly.

A few might end up doing hateful right wing propaganda podcasts. But they will be a tiny minority.

People came to this country and starting killing Native Americans and taking their land.
Black were put into slavery by their own people, taken around the world and sold as slaves. People in the US, same as people in other countries did buy them for slaves.

Both should be taught in schools.

My question for these children is why are you motivated to destroy LGTB culture? Who told you these people are a threat, or don't deserve to express themselves? What is being protested, liberty?

Their pronouns are terrorist, bigot, hate-monger, insecure, disturbed..... The USA is an advocate for freedom and liberty, so intolerance and attacks that target categories of citizens does NOT indicate a pronoun of USA.

First off, there is a growing contingent of "L"'s who want nothing to do with trans-activism.

Second supporting trans PEOPLE is NOT the same as supporting trans-activism. As far as I know, the "trans community" has not voted on whether the IDEAS of trans-activists are what they want to support.

It's disheartening to see people pushing back against a group of people who are trying to gain acceptance in a society that has traditionally bullied them into conformity with emotional and physical violence.
Yup, so ****ing sad.

Backwards it is.

I foresee this trend growing larger.

"Students at a Massachusetts middle school showed their opposition to Pride month by chanting, “USA Are My Pronouns,” through the school halls and wore red, white, and blue clothing and face paint."......

"The growing trend goes back as far as 2021, when a 15-year-old went viral for a speech ripping into his school board for critical race theory-infused teachings in their curriculum.".....

"High school students in Ottawa, Canada, are also staging a walkout to protest what they saw as inappropriate content in their curriculums"....

"U, S, A, are my pronouns?"

What a hilarious crock of garbage.

Patriotism is not a substitute for LGBT acceptance.

I'm not sure what trans-activists are. At face value it sounds like people who advocate for trans people against prejudice and disinformation.

This.

Anti-LGBTQ hate and rhetoric seem to be becoming more and more acceptable by society.

I think people are just sick and tired of hearing about it all the time on something they don't give a **** about.
I suspect part of the problem is LGBTQ seem to be most in your face and direct their loudest messages to whose who are already tolerant of their issues, and are rather silent to those who are most intolerant. Sorta like how during the BLM riots, all of the craziness was done in the big cities where black people had most power, and everybody was already more tolerant of black plight; but in those small towns where everybody drove pickups with confederate flags and shot guns in the back windows while wearing their MAGA hats, BLM stayed far away from those places as if they had nothing to say.

When it comes to activists, don't let the name fool ya!

Gays are messed up in the head. Bravo, students!
Oh the irony of the far right accusing others as being messed up in the head.

Are you aware that psychology used to treat homosexuality as a mental disorder but after more data and investigation understand it to be a natural condition? Yet far right conservatives svread disinformation, hate, and intolerance, all from ignorance, and no expertise. This is why society at large can't trust the far right, as they pose a threat.

When I hear "activist" i think of groups fighting for equality and acceptance. No one has explained that trans activism is a negative thing instead of a positive intention for trans rights.
