So - what's your most anticipated movie and why?

Transformers 2

Wolverine

Star Trek

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Obviously there's many more, but this is the focus for this thread.

dang that's tough

If these sequels are anything like the originals, it's a four way tie for me.

hands down...its harry potter. its the only film series thats delivering quality stories, not just doing it for a buck. transformers (just the buck), wolverine (the only x-man they could get to come back), star trek (desperately trying to revive the franchise).

..at least there wont be another star wars cartoon next year. blah. :D

I voted for Wolverine. That's about the X-men guy, right?? Transformers 2 might be fun as well. I bet it won't be as good as the first one though. I don't like Harry Potter though, and I've never watched Star Trek before.

I am a Star Wars man, I just can't vote for Star Trek.
Transformers was a nice movie, but a horror to people who loved the original cartoon.
I will never vote for Harry..
So that leaves me with Wolverine.

All 4 movies won't be seen by me though.. Not on short term..

Transformers 2? The first was such an egg I shudder at thoughts of a second. Though I am peaked by more Megan Fox eye candy. Anywho, Michael Bay ruined what could have been so good.

Wolverine? I'm looking forward to it, but I don't feel any real excitement - probably because it's a prequel that anyone who has seen the X-Men movies should already know.

Harry Potter? Half-Blood Prince is one of my favorite HP books, but HP seems to have hit it's film peak around 3 or 4. 5 was mediocre and for some reason they kept the same director. I've also heard HORRIBLE reviews from people who saw an advanced screening in Chicago. It sounds like they've ruined a particular death scene and what should be another character's violent outburst.

Star Trek? This one is being held close to the chest by JJ Abrams. I have a lot of hope for it and am probably most excited about this movie of the ones I listed. I enjoy Trek, but it's been a bit of a dud recently. Will this reboot re-energize the franchise? I hope so.

Wolverine is gonna have Hugh Jackman right? I LOVE the X-Men movies...the last one sucked, though. First two were awwwwesome. I really like Wolverine so bring it on baby! Woohoo!

I can't vote until I know more about the Star Trek movie coming out. I have yet to see the first Transformer movie but I saw some of the filming for 2 on Entertainment Tonight and it looks awesome.
