I stole this from a gaming live stream...and it's awesome!

Heat about an ounce of water to near boiling. Add about a teaspoon of instant coffee and sweetener to taste and stir with a fork until frothy. Pour into a glass over ice and fill with desire dairy product (I use vanilla almond milk).

Simple, fast, and delicious.

Mine is even more simple:
Pour a shot of cold brewed coffee concentrate in a glass. Add creamer and ice if desired.

Cold brewed coffee concentrate:
Put 3/4 cup of coarsely ground coffee in your 10 cup french press, add cold water, and stir well.
Put the top on and depress the press until the coffee grounds are just under the surface of the water.
Let sit out at room temperature for 12-20 hours.
Depress french press, and pour cold brew coffee into a bottle, jar , or pitcher with a lid and store in the refrigerator. Rinse out French press.

Use cold brewed concentrate as needed for hot (add hot water to shot of cold brew concentrate) or iced coffee. Keeps for about two weeks, if you don't drink it before then!

Proper iced coffee is required to be strong enough that a spoon will stand up in it.

Agreed. As I am usually too short on time, I typically brew it strong enough, that dumping it over ice-- and melting the same (mostly) will still let me get my 8 cups of coffee in a mere 20 ounces....

Since I forked out for a Keirug machine? (I use refillable pods-- I must have my own grind) I make a whole carafe at one go.

If I remember, I stash it in the refrigerator overnight. If I remember...
