Suppression of Free Speech on Covid

Anyone can lie in defense of their delusion. Facts matter.
If it is your mind to dispute that it was one terabyte of data stolen then you will need to take it up with the source linked in post #1106.

Of course, i have already pointed this out to you in post #1112.

As to your claim that facts matter, you are not demonstrating that facts matter to you.
Especially given all the facts that you were completely unaware of in this case.

But hey, don't let the facts that you claim matter get in your way.

Seeing as your credibility is next to nothing at this point, your empty claim of dishonesty means less than a fleas fart.
Regarding credibility, I'm not the one who attempted to substantiate his accusation about stealing a terabyte of data with a reference to an article that mentioned neither of those things.

My credibility is rests on the data which anyone can download and analyse.

If you had actually read the article, which flat out clearly states one terabyte, you would not look so bad right now.

now I do not know how it works in your little fantasy world, but in the real world when you take something that does not belong to you that you do not have permission to take, that is theft.
When you do that, it makes you a thief.

The fact that the data you rest your credibility on is sus eight ways from Sunday is a you problem.

Which I did in post #1106.
No, here's what you posted, and the phrase "dishonest purpose" doesn't mean stealing.

Barry Young, 56, allegedly accessed a computer network within public health agency "Te Whatu Ora" for “dishonest purposes” and downloaded a terabyte of data. Young then published the information online and used it to bolster claims the agency was covering up vaccine deaths.

The quantity of one terabyte is mentioned only by your source. No NZ media sources quantified the amount of data that was taken. Possibly your source confused the amount with the amount of data that was hosted by Mega and taken down because it included the 1.2G of data from Steve Kirsch.

I do not know if the source I used got the number right.
I do know that if you are going to contest the number, you will need to do more than merely call me a liar over it.

That was also about your false accusation of theft. The fact that is fairly common for unauthorised copying of information to the labelled as stealing doesn't make it true. Also, anyone who knows how to get it can verify that the size of the dataset is around 1.2 gigabytes.

If there was a link I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of posting instructions on how to download it.

The data is not the same as someone's as statement about it.

Wrong, it's a common law country and common law is theistic. Also the government uses the Westminster model, which was named after the Christian Saint Peter.

Wrong, the trouble here is for people who have faith in the pronouncements of the New Zealand government. Wikipedia has been a cognitive infiltration operation from way back.
"New Zealand is a secular nation, meaning there is a formal separation between the state and religious entities.1 There is a high degree of religious freedom and diversity throughout the country. While state and religious groups remain separate, religious institutions (especially those part of Christian traditions) continue to play a large role in New Zealand society. For example, many primary and secondary schools, hospitals, aged-care facilities and charity organisations are owned and funded by religious organisations.

Christianity was introduced to New Zealand by European missionaries at the time of colonisation and remains the largest religious affiliation in the country. However, roughly half of the New Zealand population do not identify as religious.2 Unlike in some other secular Western-speaking cultures, there is a lack of common public religious rhetoric (such as ‘God bless America’) that connects the New Zealand national identity with Christianity. Instead, there is a cultural tendency to maintain a distinction between an individual’s private and public life. People tend not to promote or persistently defend their religious views (including non-religious views such as atheism) in public settings like the workplace. In recent times, there has been an increase in the use of karakia (a Māori prayer) or similar Pacific Island prayers at the start and close of meetings. Conversations about religion are usually welcome in private settings and among close friends and family."

You could also get it with a S3 file browser using the credentials that I posted.

The only one who redacted/edited anything was Steve Kirsch, and his purpose for doing that was to protect the anonymity of the people involved in the pay-per-jab program that Barry Young was the data administrator of. He said that the statistical integrity of the data was preserved. If you think that a government with a religious axe to grind is more credible that an entrepreneur/philanthopist then that's on you.
You're the one claiming that the New Zealand government has a "religious axe to grind" based on no evidence that you've shared as of yet.

The King kneels at the Chair of Estate. The Archbishop says

Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel? Will you to the utmost of your power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law? Will you maintain and preserve inviolably the settlement of the Church of England, and the doctrine, worship, discipline, and government thereof, as by law established in England?

And will you preserve unto the Bishops and Clergy of England, and to the Churches there committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges as by law do or shall appertain to them or any of them?

The King replies

All this I promise to do.

The King places his hand on the Bible and says

The things which I have here before promised, I will perform and keep. So help me God.

In addition to settling the crown, the act contained some important constitutional provisions: (1) all future monarchs must join in communion with the Church of England;

Following the death of Queen Elizabeth, her son King Charles not only succeeded her as British monarch, but as monarch of 14 other Commonwealth realms, from Australia to Jamaica. Therefore, he became king and head of state for some 150 million people in the Commonwealth realms.

That was also about your false accusation of theft.
You have not shown it to be a false accusation.
You have merely thrown out weak accusations that it is.

The fact that is fairly common for unauthorised copying of information to the labelled as stealing doesn't make it true.
Oh look, another weak accusation that the accusation is a false accusation.

Also, anyone who knows how to get it can verify that the size of the dataset is around 1.2 gigabytes.
Nope.
Wrong again.
The only thing they can verify is that 1.2 gigabytes is all that is being offered up.
It in no way verifies that 1.2 gigabytes is the whole of the theft.

It was false because Barry Young did not deprive anyone of the data. I brought this up before, and you said:
the RIAA and all the courts that supported their claim and all the people who were fined, jailed, etc for stealing music would disagree with you.
But no need to let truth or facts get in your way, right?

Which is false because your source got it wrong and nothing was stolen since nobody was deprived of their property.
You will need something more than you jumping up and down screaming "you are wrong" to convince any one you are right.

Where are the facts that support your false accusation of stealing?

Larceny I. Felonious stealing, taking and carrying, leading, riding, or driving away another's personal property, with intent to convert it or to deprive owner thereof. The unlawful taking and carrying away of property of another with intent to appropriate it to use inconsistent with latter's rights. U. S. v. Johnson, 140 U.S.App.D.C. 54, 433 F.2d 1160, 1163. The essential elements of a "larceny" are an actual or constructive taking away of the goods or property of another without the consent and against the will of the owner and with a felonious intent. People v. Goodchild, 68 Mich.App. 226, 242 N.W.2d 465, 468.

Conversion. An unauthorized assumption and exercise of the right of ownership over goods or personal chattels belonging to another, to the alteration of their condition or the exclusion of the owner's rights. Any unauthorized act which deprives an owner of his property permanently or for an indefinite time. Unauthorized and wrongful exercise of dominion and control over another's personal property, to exclusion of or inconsistent with rights of owner.

Property. That which is peculiar or proper to any person; that which belongs exclusively to one. In the strict legal sense, an aggregate of rights which are guaranteed and protected by the government. Fulton Light, Heat & Power Co. v. State, 65 Misc.Rep. 263, 121 N.Y.S. 536. The term is said to extend to every species of valuable right and interest. More specifically, ownership; the unrestricted and exclusive right to a thing; the right to dispose of a thing in every legal way, to possess it, to use it, and to exclude every one else from interfering with it. That dominion or indefinite right of use or disposition which one may lawfully exercise over particular things or subjects. The exclusive right of possessing, enjoying, and disposing of a thing. The highest right a man can have to anything; being used to refer to that right which one has to lands or tenements, goods or chattels, which no way depends on another man's courtesy.

Study discovers biggest cause of 'alarming surge' of excess deaths in UK

Heart failure is the biggest driver of an alarming surge in excess deaths, a study reveals, as MPs demand a "thorough investigation" into the trend.

Link

When new COVID-19 vaccines were first administered two years ago, public health officials found an increase in cases of myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle, particularly among young males who had been vaccinated with mRNA vaccines. It was unclear, however, what exactly was causing this reaction.

The data cited in the Yale article was for correlations in the first 21 days. Kirsh's analysis of the NZ data showed that the dose/death correlation continued for about a year with it peaking at six months.
