Now you state "Others Saw it" .. support your claim and show us this citation from your source you claim to have posted - that refutes what you claim is my interpretation of mens rea.

And I need to remind you that you cannot get your arguments straight and then accuse others of doing that. Do you have any idea how many times that you denied that January 6 was an insurrection? You tried to redefine the term. And when it came to mens rea you kept misinterpreting what the definition meant. You were repeated shown to be wrong and guilty of what you blindly accuse others of doing.

There are some assessments about Trump's poor mental health. It would be interesting to discuss his many problems, and why he needs to create names for those who challenge him. Trump is clearly disturbed, and dangerous as a candidate given what he has stated about the plans for a second term.

I had already decided that there was no way that I could vote for Trump, but having been in a supporter of the party before they went off the deep end I still identified bit with her. It's how we can determine someone is a Trump supporter. "You're deplorable. You must be a Trump supporter." This tends to be correct. The funny thing is some who say deplorable things won;t admit to being a Trump supporter even though they support Trump and MAGA in what they say. It indicates they know they are deplorable, and have some shame. But not enough shame to reconsider their support for Trump, and against democracy and truth.
