It is China/chinese, chinese has blocked all american's website Providers like Google, Yahoo from espionages that come from American's intelligence particularly. They can track you from the IP ( Internet Protocal ) which you have. but latest news told me that chinese people /government have been intruded by american hackers.. that makes chinese government angry / Mad to American Intelligences because tresspasiing into chinese private discussion between the leaders, it is humiliating the existence of chinese leade, and then they try protect their own internal sites in China.
