Yep.

Well, that explains a bit about the clergy.

Pishaw! Ordained ministers can be found via a few dollars and a stamped envelope via Universal Life Church.
Real ordained ministers with PhD's in New Testament studies and who author major books and articles in cooperation with scholars around the world, don't support Ephebophiles, (the rape of pubescent minors) those adults who are 30+ years of age or of any age, who rape children or minor kids.
Well, that explains a bit about the clergy.

Well I knew going in my chances for a threesome would be thin, so I'm not crying in my beer about it.
An interesting, even bold claim from which there are NO, I mean NONE to be found studies, surveys, polling's, or any evidence of any kind produced as support. I acknowledge my own capacities of prospective error, so I invite you to instead support your claim with any ascertainable and testable fact of any sort beyond wishful thinking. ANY.
It remains fairly clear by means of confession and overwhelming testimonial fact that Catholic priest alone have violated many children (of both genders) in matters repugnant to people of ANY faith. Not speculation, not conspiratorial guesswork. FACT.
You introduce Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaEphebophilia as a dodge, or manifestly prevalent condition found in all faiths. Perhaps that is so.
People are weird. Twisted. Even some are certifiably mentally ill. Gawd forbid, even "teachers". And? Are we to be shocked that laypeople and "ministers" alike do NOT SUPPORT "Ephebophiles"? Really?
Is the only remaining argument then left to us to conclude that "everyone does it"?
Really?
As myself a retired teacher, I only seek to "drill down" to any "essence" of allegation you seek to offer here. Are secularists (as educators) more/less/equal to religious "teachers" in advantaging themselves upon adolescent minors?
I had some "threesomes" in my unmarried youth, none of which involved students. EVER. Not even close. Allegations without ANY proof is not only reprehensibly reckless and irresponsible, it's corrupt and vapid argument on it's face.
Show me, or shut up and apologize. NOW.
"Show me, shut up, or apologize NOW!"
Let me help you out. My remarks that you quoted were directed at someone, and you'd see that if you were capable of recognizing context, who defends the rape of adolescents by adults. They also admire and envy the fact that the adults scored on an adolescent. And then after all that perverse Ephebophile blustering they implied they were clergy and a teacher themselves. (per the subject matter of this thread).
To call this "rape" is a bit of a stretch though. All three of them consented, and he bragged about it.
rape
1.
the unlawful compelling of a person through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse.
2.
any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person.
This act was not compelled through physical force or threat. It is a crime, nonetheless, but to call it "rape" is a bit unwarranted.
I think it's rather disturbing that you think banging students is normal and widespread behaviour for high school teachers. It isn't. That's why it gets national headlines, why it gets people fired, and why the police take an interest.
Otoh, you are clergy or something, right? I suppose the Christian church takes a rather more laid back, tolerant approach to dealing with inappropriate sexual relationships between priests and the children in their care than secular authorities.
These are public school teachers though, not clergy, so they are subject to the much higher standards of secular society. Outside the church, you simply don't get to screw your students and keep your job.
I believe that I can help you here. Men are from Mars, & women are from Marin County.I didn't say that it wasn't disturbing, and I didn't say that it's not uncommon. Seriously, are you able to think about this clearly?
I can type slower but I don't think that it will do any good.

What the average female will glean from your posts is your tone, which is cavalier.
Sensing this, all nuance & actual information will be replaced with inference of approval.
Typing more slowly won't work. What you'd need to do is convey feelings which match
your intent.
Teachers arrested for threesome with student | New York Post
Is it just me or are there a lot more of these teacher student scandals happening lately, especially female teachers with male students?
I see too that there is too little nuance in sex laws. We even had a thread a while back wherein I proposed a formula for severity of punishment based upon factors like age difference.
I suspect that the kid was in control the entire time and had a great time banging those teachers.
It's what's called a proxy proxy bang bang.
What did he do?
I think they definitely should severely punish these women, so as to dissuade other female teachers from sleeping with their male students. It's simply not fair to the rest of us guys who were never lucky enough to have young, slutty teachers around to offer us additional educational opportunities outside of school.
