He loves getting shots. He thinks its fun.

Maybe if they see him having such a good time, they won't be scared.

He just does.

He's hyposensitive as opposed to hypersensitive. I don't think it feels the same to him.

He also likes the processes involved.

Kids like to be like their parents. Just tell them that daddy is going to the pub and get shots, lots of shots.
