Teenage girls and social media

Doesn't it seem to you that teenage girls (at least teenage girls when I was a teen) have had too much of an influence on social media? OHH mah GAWD!! Like, I never thought that such a stereotypical and, like, highly ridiculed type of speech could, like, really influence how we communicate. How, like, awesome is that? Do we all, like, really have to, like, really resort to so such juvenile form of communication? Do we, like, have anything to gain from it? Like, what if we forget what like means, and we, like, use it all the time to, like, an excessive degree that, like, irritates the hell out of people who, like, know what the definition of like is?
It's gotten so bad that, like, I don't even really know if I'm spelling like right.
I left high school ten years ago, I don't want anymore of it!

Honestly....I think that this society is a mess because our parents (the old generation) have always taken life too seriously. and Taking life seriously implies necessarily to behave unfairly.

so I support a juvenile attitude towards life. People at college hated me because of my juvenile attitude. Even on the day of my major, when I didn't want to wear that ridiculous outfit.

By the way..I believe that you can't stand a particular group of girls: the Plastics, or Divinas (in the Latino world).

@Hay85- They are not the only ones who knows how to have fun you know? How about the people in their early 20s?

But I don't agree with OP here. The people in their 20s is the most targeted one and hence the most influential too. But I feel bad for the senior audiences. How many magazines feature the best watch for them? And in the movies and TV shows they are mostly given the role of wise people, or annoying and or comical supporting characters.
