Teetotalism, rituals and Asatru

Hostis humani generis
Hey guys

Question that I'd like to know the answer to, please?

How does one perform a blót and so on when they do not drink? Can one offer non-alcoholic drinks to the gods, too?

Additionally, how is a typical ritual/worship thingy done? Are there any guidelines?

You'll have to excuse me for not making much sense, I'm really tired but I thought I'd ask this before I go to bed. :)

Brother Odin,
You can always use a non alcoholic mead. One recipe I know of is equal parts apple juice, honey and water. I am aware that some Celtic/Druid folk use that recipe (or others like it) it too.
