Tennessee bans lots of Drag Shows and gender-affirming care for kids

Our biological sexual identity, many times that is not XX is girl and XY is boy. For starters there's way more variation than those two, and it doesn't matter. We still say boy or girl and people don't flip out despite the mismatch.

The basic is boy, girl, biological identity and that is good for society to work with when it comes to gender identity.
The rest is more of a personal thing, how someone self identifies.
So why all the flipping out and the push for the big societal changes if people aren't flipping out about the mismatch?

So, what makes you know better than the experts? What insights, studies, and revelations do you have to provide to the world of medicine?

And not what they "feel" but rather what they "are".
Not even remotely true. Sex assignment for intersex is often arbitrary (based off whatever the doctor thinks 'looks right.') and traumatic precisely because how they feel matters. Most intersex groups are looking to ban routine sex change surgeries for intersex babies for this reason.

Honestly I just wish you'd do a tiny bit of research before commenting so assuredly about things you've never looked into.

too many:

Even hormonal treatment has long term effects:
Hormonal treatment is not surgery. Nor is it “child mutilation” as you previously claimed.

What are these long term affects of hormonal treatment you claim? Specifically I mean.

If I recall my biology class correctly, all medicine comes with side affects.
You want to ban cancer treatment because it causes nausea, hair loss and other detrimental side affects?

Speaking of biology class, if I stated that there is only XY or XX in the human species, I would have flunked even the most basic of high school tests. This is over 10 years ago now. Have you seriously not ever heard of pseudo hermaphroditism, for example?
How about Swyer Syndrome?
XY chromosomes, but fully female on the outside, except for external gonads that are typically removed at birth so puberty can occur without issue.
Like damn, I was learning about all the potential outcomes in human beings back in like grade 10.

Only short term:
How long do side effects last on hormone therapy?
Side effects will usually last for as long as you are on hormone therapy. If you stop your hormone therapy, your testosterone levels will gradually rise again and some side effects will reduce. Your side effects won’t stop as soon as you finish hormone therapy – it may take several months.

That is not what I said and you are just being argumentative and not serious about the topic even though I would say that you would probably agree with what I actually did propose.
I asked you a question about what you said. Hence the question mark. Perhaps you could clarify then. That's why people ask questions.
