In an alternate reality, Trump mustered some moxie,
& agreed to debate Harris. I overheard part of it.

Trump: "No tax on tips!"
Harris: "I too say no tax on tips!"
Voter: "What about us cooks, who don't get tips?"
Trump: "No tax on wages of cooks!"
Harris: "No tax on wages of cooks....& dishwashers!"
Trump: "No tax on wages of cooks, dishwashers....& janitors in restaurants!"
Harris: "No tax on wages of cooks, dishwashers....& janitors in restaurants & office buildings!"
Voter: "Wait...why single only them out to be exempt from income taxes?"
Voter: "What about us black kindergarten teachers?"
Harris: "No tax on female black kindergarten school teacher wages!"
Trump: "No tax on female black & Asian kindergarten school teacher wages!"

It went on like that for 2 hours, until they'd covered
80% of the workforce. The 20% who were left out
because they didn't cadge & wheedle for special
favors will now carry the entire tax burden, eg,
white cis male aerospace engineers, black construction
equipment salesmen, Asian female health analytic
consultants, transsexual Jewish telephone sanitizers.
