From the NYT:

... The day of rest on Saturday came as it was revealed that the questions asked of Mr. Biden by two radio interviewers this week were provided in advance to the hosts by members of Mr. Biden’s team, according to one of the hosts.
Andrea Lawful-Sanders, the host of “The Source” on WURD in Philadelphia, said Saturday morning on CNN that Biden officials had provided her with a list of eight questions ahead of the interview on Wednesday.
“I got several questions — eight of them,” she told Victor Blackwell, the host of “First of All” on CNN. “And the four that were chosen were the ones that I approved.”

It's going from bad to worse ...

Maybe the hope is to get Biden over the finish line and then have Harris take over rather than go through a campaign?

Sounds like "business as usual" for the Biden campaign.
Only now, the Press would like to see him replaced, so now they're more willing to expose what he does.

It is not that bad. Trump made similar demands recently and the interview was canceled when he was not told what the questions were:

How is the relevant to the efforts of Biden's team?
This is a competition between 2 candidates in 1 race.
A particular criticism of one in a vacuum often benefits
from showing the larger context.
Those who judge Biden harshly for it should be
aware that Trump has the same problem. You might
think it's whataboutism. I see education of voters.

I think the Dems need to abandon Biden. I caught his ABC interview but he still was weak and unconvincing.
Democrats now abandon their own? Over what? Age? Age is just a number. Joe is just being Joe! Don't make fun of his stuttering problem! He's had it all his life.

Makes me wonder what the unapproved questions are.

Now to the approved preselected answers.......

I truly believe far more Americans are against Donald Trump regaining the Presidency than are for it. I dont care what the polls say, because they are all asking the wrong question.
  • Consider -- in the 21st century, Republicans have won the popular vote for President precisely once, in 2004 (GWB). In all other elections, they have lost the popular vote, including Trump's win in 2016.
  • Consider also -- Donald Trump has a rabid base, absolutely rabid, but they are nowhere near a popular majority.
  • Consider further -- the public is learning more and more about what Trump is proposing if he wins the next election, and they are able to see the danger to the nation's democracy.
So, okay, replace Biden. I don't care if it's Harris, or Newsome, or Whitmer (my preference, by the way, would be Amy Klobuchar). If they can do it quickly, and coalesce around the candidate and spend the necessary money to get the message out, Americans will vote Democrat to deny Trump a win.

The only bar to this scenario is the one true abomination of the American system -- the Electoral College, in which a very few states can thwart the will of the people.

It’s definitely a bad look, especially given recent events, but I suspect this is a fairly common practice regardless of candidate.

You mentioned the names of multiple democrats, but not one thing regarding what they stand for or what their policies would be.
Rather important things to consider. At least they used to be considered important.

They still are. But they are also decisively secondary to keeping Trump and the like out of power.

That's what you guys were saying about the last election, and now look what you are dealing with as a result.
Instead of being hateful and against something, try being for something.

I can't for the life of my understand why anyone would ever consider voting for Trump.

What do you mean to tell me above? It is just not clear at all.

Consider…..the constitution. There’s a reason we have an electoral college. Also consider that under the fundraising rules it pretty much must be Kamala.
