It's forcing Christian Nationalistic values in the name of "states rights." That's not hyperbole: I've downloaded the document and have perused it in order to discuss what it is actually saying. It literally talks about banning "pornography" but defines this in the context of LGBTQ literature on page 5.

If any person is sensible and smart , they would do an actual impact study as to whether those things are necessary or not.

Most of the time things are done at the jerk of ones knees and never using the gray matter inside one's head.

My thought is if it passes muster keep it, if it doesn't , get rid of it.

It should be clearer. The ban is for pornography, which includes adult entertainment but is also any reference or literature concerning LGBTQ+.

What's sad is they plan on cutting SNAP (food stamps, WIC). Many MAGA receive SNAP benefits but many hate gays and transgender people enough to sacrifice food for themselves and their children.

Save our kids from the gays! No matter if they must go hungry and without education to do so.

They are bad ideas in my view, but if Trump becomes POTUS I predict they will come to pass, fortunately we have Kamala to take Trump on so hopefully he'll soon become yesterday's news.

I would say free preschool to introduce children of non-English speakers to English is a good thing, especially when they at the age when they can pick up a second language easily.
