Everyone on this planet has had a bad day. A bad time at an event. Everyone one the planet can understand and empathize. And not only that, Biden did not stand there and blatantly lie to the American people, over and over. Yet nary a media peep about that. It was all about Biden being 'out of it'.

If only that were true. I posted on another thread that now that Biden is above the law, he should have Trump confined to Mara Lago, barred from the press, until after the election, on the basis that he is a convicted felon and should not be able to run for public office. Then he should do the same with justices Thomas and Alito for taking bribes, and appoint two very qualified, unbiased 'temporary' replacements. Then order the supreme court to review all the cases that Thomas and Alito participated in while they were taking bribes. Then he should announce that he is no longer running for president.

In one fell swoop the nation would be rid of Trump, two corrupt SC judges, AND Biden. And the new court could undo the damage that's already been done to constitutional law while the two parties look for someone appropriate to run for president. Biden could exit politics a real hero.

When the U.S. was first being formed, the founders wanted George Washington to be it's king ... for life. The nation was his for the taking. But he refused, and convinced them to establish a rotating presidency.

The criminals that Trump and the republicans put on the SC have now countermanded that wisdom. And it's time for another George Washington to use that illegetimate power to set things back aright. And because he is NOT a dictator, then step aside.

I like your theory, by I am a lawyer who clerked for a U.S. District Judge a long time ago, and the president has no authority under the Constitution or Amendments thereto to convince anyone to their home or make them be quiet, and any convicted felon, even in prison, can run for president, and the president has no jurisdiction over the Supreme Court, not does the Supreme Court have any enforcement power over its members, who can only be removed by impeachment in Congress. But, thanks to Trump’s lawyers, and the 6 conservative justices, it does appear those 6 justices agreed with Trumps lawyers, that the president can, as an official act, order someone killed by, say, the FBI, Homeland Security, or even the US Military or the CIA, inside America, but would those agencies carry out that oder. if Trump gets elected again, those agencies may well be faced with carrying out such an order. Meanwhile, the shooter took. all of that and Biden’s bullseye comment as encouragement to shoot Trump, and Trump and lemmings are making a lot of hay over it.

Once the president was deemed immune to being legally prosecuted, the constitution went out the window. He could do as he pleased As there are no enforceable laws to stop him. And by extension those following his orders would likewise be immune to prosecution If he orders it so.

So he could very easily order Trump confined and muzzled.
