Yes intimate relationship is encouraged between spouses BUT it's not the essence of a marriage.Because what if one of the spouses isn't able to have an intimate relationship? would that mean that the marriage is over? The essence is mawada wa rahmah(love and mercy )
And the general purpose of marriage in islam is so that you can love one another, provide company to each other, and live in peace and tranquility to the commandments of God.

accautly Islam is modern (maybe we are not )and talking almost all the issues , and even sex issues (very embressing cases)
as I know Prophet Muhammad and Sahaba (his friends) was asked very embressing question (about sex ) he replied to them normaly .
many Muslims scholars don't shy when some one ask them about sex issues . and give fatawa about sex .

And you have been told just as many times as you have said it...there is no such thing as "soft beat". You have said "slap" time and time again. Slapping is NOT acceptable. You have been told that over and over again by other Muslims as well. And yes, even Arabic speaking ones. You just seem to want to ignore anything which isn't your own personal interpretation and understanding. :ignore: That way you can continue to believe what you want and believe you are a good Muslim man and godly and so on, no matter how many times you are told you are wrong.
