Is it supposed to be a comedy? Who's directing? I heard awhile back that Kevin Smith was to have a hand on it.

I don't know that much about it, but apparently it's a Seth Rogen script and Stephen Chow will play Kato AND direct (his American debut). Apparently, it will be an action-comedy (think Rush Hour, Lethal Weapon, etc.).
