Impossible, and if such a scenario will ever take place it will be the most totalitarian and brutal dictatorship in history, you cannot take societies which are so radically different from each other and expect them to be the citizens of the same mega state following the same social norms. What do you think about it, what problems do you find with the idea?
Create a human cultural identity rather then a national one (which in my oppinion makes a lot more sense, then nationalism, which is little more then glorified tribalism)

We're not ready. What do you think about it, what problems do you find with the idea?
You're right, but we're tribal by nature.Create a human cultural identity rather then a national one (which in my oppinion makes a lot more sense, then nationalism, which is little more then glorified tribalism)
I'm a little more optimistic than this, though. LOL.Impossible, and if such a scenario will ever take place it will be the most totalitarian and brutal dictatorship in history, you cannot take societies which are so radically different from each other and expect them to be the citizens of the same mega state following the same social norms.
European Union ***** Yeah. I'd say Muslims and Christians living side by side, different races and cultures living side by side, is the EU a dictatorship? No it is a democracy.Impossible, and if such a scenario will ever take place it will be the most totalitarian and brutal dictatorship in history, you cannot take societies which are so radically different from each other and expect them to be the citizens of the same mega state following the same social norms.
I think you can enforce things, if you have enough fire power. So how do you overcome these problems?

You can, and people like me have enforced order on other populations.I think you can enforce things, if you have enough fire power.
This is where you are wrong, your 'good things' are a curse and a liability for other cultures. You give people enough exposure to a good thing, while stopping them from being violent against it (in their ignorance of course) then they will start to see the good.

That is US policy in Iraq, so unless America is a dictatorship, your point is invalid.Sounds nothing like a dictatorship :sarcastic
This is how I'd imagine the scenario as well. In order to have an egalitarian plan for the entire planet using the same health care standards, tax schedules, educational norms, food resources, etc.....the laws to enforce these ideas would be extremely limiting at best. I can't imagine the human race ever being altruistic enough to share to that degree.Impossible, and if such a scenario will ever take place it will be the most totalitarian and brutal dictatorship in history, you cannot take societies which are so radically different from each other and expect them to be the citizens of the same mega state following the same social norms.
I dont think its an issue of alturism. I know enough about the radical differences between different cultures to know that they cannot follow the same norms. This is how I'd imagine the scenario as well. Even if it was, that doesn't mean your point is any more valid. That is US policy in Iraq, so unless America is a dictatorship, your point is invalid.
