The innocent wisdom of a child

I received this in my email this morning from my eldest sister and was sincerely touched by this young fellow's wonderful insight. I hope others enjoy it too as it would seem to be central to what Christmas is all about. (Note: This is not a debate thread!)

Logan, the Sky Angel Cowboy! :sad4:

I am such a old softy for the innocence of a child.
I think Logan is a pretty wise kid. What do you think?

Thanks for sharing! :)

To me, this represents the positive power of myth. Logan was wise; he made an allegorical connection between a human-condition experience and a myth.

Agreed even if Logan is not looking at it as a myth.

I hate to but a negative post on a thread with such an amazing story, but how in the world can you so pervert this? This young man is not looking at anything as a myth. He is finding deeper meaning in his life and fulfillment because he can know that things that are very hard are still necessary for the greater good.

Or perhaps he is crippling himself because he knows feels that all death has a purpose, and this may not be the most healthy thing for a child to feel. This video was a double-edged sword to me, it shows how insightful children can be, but also how moldable they are. Might it be that had his family believed in reincarnation that he would currently understand that all life returns in another form, and there is no death?
