Winning by realizing that treating the Constitution as if it's 100% applicable to everything today is no different than trying to do the same thing with the Bible or Quran.

Wining with the thinking of...why am I not surprised....so you read it yet?

A snarky put down that my comprehension is ever so much less did not require me to do anything but snark back.

The fact that my way of looking at the document is perfectly valid and a recognized way to interpret ie a "living Constitution" form of jurisprudence survives and wins.

And your response to my original post comparing it to the bible and the quran wasn't snarky......alrighty then....and you can look at it anyway you want...assuming you have actually looked at it...... so....have you read it......I keep asking and yet you have not yet answered that question.......

And since the previous posts was referring to the Constitution and that could lead one to think about the founding fathers.... I shall now win with a famous book from one of them

Do I remember reading every word of it? No. Do I remember reading the preamble, some sections of the main document, the amendments? yes.

For example, I had totally forgotten that "Letters of Marque and Reprisal" were in that document.

So how about you answering the same question.
