In the beginning, God created water to be used to wash fruit. He also created organic food production and saw that it was good.
He created organic food production to give big business greater profit margins.
We buy a lot of food at the farmer's market. It's more expensive but lasts longer because it's fresher and benefits smaller farmers. It also tastes significantly better because it's riper when picked.
So do I but I buy it there so I'm giving less to the big supermarket chains. They don't care but it makes me feel better.
