three sheets to the wind

Take advice from a non drinker, lie on your bed, throw a leg over the edge and plant your foot on the floor. It won't make you feel better but it will stop the room spinning so you won't feel worse..

I hope you had enough fun to regret it later

I use to..... but I don't drink anymore. Thought I might get some cognac and some saki and few month back....gave the cognac away, kept the saki, but only had 2 drinks from it. Prior to that it was well over 4 years since I had anything and that was a dark beer...that I didn't finish...because the DANG THING WAS COLD!!!!

You are a heretic for writing that.

Speaking of pizza, I remember a story my mom told us about when she was a kid. When she encountered pizza for the first time, they commonly called it "pizza pie," and she understood it as "piece of pie."

"Let's go get a piece of pie."

Then I remember something that was very much like pizza, except it was square and eaten cold. Although they called it "hot pie," which never made any sense, since it was cold.

I was on a date once..... over 30 years ago, in a little italian restaurant in Boston. My date was in college there so we decided to order a large pizza...she could take some back to her dorm.....we were thinking a large..10 to 12 slices...... then...the staff took the empty table next to us and slid it next to our table.... a gigantic square pizza was put on the table...and it took up the entire table..... had to be 30 or more slices in that pizza....we both had food to take home
