More nut than chocolate (cocoa).
I will say Chinese pancakes are up there with crepes and may even have the edge.
I could never get on with American pancakes, had them a couple of times in the deep south, where they are supposed to be really good. Also made them on occasion at home. Bof

I do a lot of cooking with alcohol, the flavours are delightful. But alcohol itself is not good to me

McD's fries are exceptional in the world of fries.
Alas, their best burger, the McLean Deluxe was
long ago abandoned.
At long last you have a winner.
We grow strawberries, a Bain Marie, melt dark chocolate (85%+) and dunk the strawberries in it.

Whew! I was worried that it was Scotch.
And, yes alcohol can be rough on some people. Tequila can even make your pants fall off.

Hmm, the local Mickey D's used to have a burger occasionally with Tillamook cheddar cheese. I loved that burger and it may have been the McLean Deluxe.
Vegans tend to hate McDonald's fries because they are not vegan. But that is also why they taste so good.
The McLean Deluxe suited me....
Lower fat.
Onion & tomato.
Lower calories.
Great taste.

My first and only time drunk was at a student Hogmanay party in Glasgow. Drink supplied by a couple of Irish guys who brewed their own poitin.
I woke the next day with a 3 day hangover and no virginity. 80 miles from my car on a national holiday with no way to get back. Every time i took a sip of water to quell my raging thirst i was paraleletic drunk again.
I promised never again and it's one promise i continue to win by keeping.
I will take an occasional half glass of wine for a toast or fair chabrot but that's my limit
