Actually I am "The" Mac support guy in my office. However I have threatened to retire from supporting them since the powers that be seem to have refused my requests for any tools to help support them as well as a refusal to buy laptop that is able to run the same OS for me.

I'm not actually a Mac user. I'm a unix/linux gearhead by inclination and Windows on my desktop with Cygwin available when there's something serious that needs to be accomplished.

What a winning idea, I do believe my next meeting on the topic I am going to throw that in, and when I get no response...... promptly retire from Mac support...for the second time...
