Done that well the throwing the keyboard across the room, I can't say I've ever attacked the monitors.

My excuse is that i was interrupted during a critical bit of work, the interuption was trivial but i lost track of 3 hours concentration and had to start again.

Hate when that happens.

Unfortunately, for me it's now about 10 minutes of concentration that can be broken...

Yup. I was once testing a program I wrote when I was interrupted after doing 3 out of 4 tests. Guess which one had a bug? #4

I've also yelled at people who interrupted me in a particularly critical time when my brain was running 100% holding many things and trying to weave them together.
