The Lord's prayer and Spiritual warfare

This thread is about the usefulness of the Lord's prayer in spiritual warfare.

• I think "deliver us from evil" or "deliver us from the evil one" is obvious. As is lead us not into temptation.
• What is not so obvious the implications of "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven" ... This is diametrically opposed to the prince of this world and is lining up on earth with the perspective of heaven. This overcomes and defeats the prince of this world. Who wants you to think only from a worldly perspective. The world is his realm and heaven is God's.
• Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. Love is the main ingredient. The prince of the power of the air is allowed too much to work his ways in the earth because of our hatred and unforgiveness towards each other. If we repent of this and only hold love in our hearts for our fellow humans; then we'll be really overthrowing the wicked one. Love overthrows him and his kingdom cannot operate wherever love is.

I hope you're encouraged to believe God and resist the devil. Guard yourselves because he goes about seeking whom he may devour. If we do sin we have an Advocate with the Father ...

You can say everything you want against the Satan, because he will always hate you. He just doesn't care. It doesn't concern him if you say: "Hail!" or "Hell!" to him. Because all he wants is you to sin and if you know he is there he will be gone. And if you mention: "Enoch." he will go mad. And the only thing satan says is: "!@#damn", again and again. But don't repeat him, commandment three, sin.

Anyways that dude is a real jerk. He doesn't want your soul literally, He doesn't care about you or your soul. All satan wants from you is God's verdict regarding your soul, so he wants you to break the decaloque. And if this takes too long, he will leave. That's why Buddhists are often left alone, they reject duality, no matter what, and are masters of their own thoughts. Takes way too long to break them for they are strong.
