I've seen them on ebay for $7 each and eventually found this site selling them. If you buy in quantity they’re acceptably priced. They’re towards the bottom of the page on the link.
This is perhaps the most unique accessory you'll ever own for your microscope. The entire King James Bible, 1245 pages, has been microprinted on a clear mylar, about two by two inches square. Discounting the borders, the whole Bible has been printed on an area about one square inch in size!
You can actually read the text at about 100x with one of our compound microscopes.
