The neck the headache

It's always been my damn trouble. I wake up with my head aching and my neck/shoulders need some stretching. Sometimes pain killers help, sometimes - like this morning - NOT.

Anyone an ex at this problem? Anyone found a solution? A perfect sleeping posture? An Indian herb? An illegal painkiller? Anything?

how do you use your phone? ( this is a relevant question )

I am assuming most of you folks on here are on your phones.

your posture is probably the cause and if you are hunched over or "leaning in" to your screen this gonna cause you neck trouble as well.

When I was 2 I dropped from the ceiling on my head. Because of that I have lots of scar tissue, so always headache there. Pills don't work. Of course I did not remember [suppressed fear] but they told me later. Now I understand why I have my headache. The more I shake the worse of course the headache, so for me no headstands and judo etc. So easy to check if that is the cause [at least in a case like mine]

You have had it your whole life. Some suggest sleeping posture, others smartphone use. I guess you were not on your smartphone as a baby, so this can't be the cause IMO. And babies sleep natural in correct position I think.

I have kidney trouble. If I eat too much protein [41 gram is my maximum] or too much salt [2 gram is my max] I get additional extra headache. Toxins in the blood are known to to be the number 1 cause of headache
Link = Toxic headache

Second one is easy to find out. Eat a few days very clean [rice + vegetables]. Then for sure protein and salt intake is minimum. And within 2 or 3 days headache should be gone if it is due to toxic blood.

If your kidneys are not very strong then even you can get very sick with above diet, because detox gets quite strong with this diet. But that won't be the problem generally with a young girl like you [just mention it, so you know that getting sick when detox is normal; even if kidneys are not too bad].

And it can be stress of course. But that is more difficult to find out. Because you had it at young age, it can be trauma related stress or something.

Of course it's wise to have your bloodsugar and bloodpressure checked. My bloodpressure was of the charts when I was young. Not so healthy, easily to correct with diet in most of the cases. And cholesterol should be okay being so young, unless you have excess body weight of course.

I always like to take control myself. So I go for "let food be thy medicine". And as said in the link above "toxic blood is the number 1 cause" 3 days clean diet will show you whether or not you can rule that one out. Most people are not that strong and want 1 magic pill. Almost always that is just symptom control. Is nice for short time. But in the long run, I want a solution [if possible]. And chemical pills have loads of side effects.

These were a few thoughts popping up, from my personal experience.

Wish you all the best. Because I know that strong head ache is a killer to deal with.

Pillows get a decent pillow that works for you.
