OK. I'm reading it, now. But I think it's important to point out that any discussion about people based on their skin color needs to be addressed with extreme sensitivity. It wasn't that long ago in america when Black people were legally considered as 3/5ths of a human being.

No, the Neanderthals were humans, not hybrids.

The Nephilim were giants. The Neanderthals were strongly built, yet they cannot be considered to be giants, they were short, and were adapted to live in cold weather. The change of weather to being warmer was a large part of their doom.

That's where you are wrong.

First, science doesn't say that all have some Neanderthal except for black Africans. Studies have shown that 2% of modern humans with Eurasian ancestry has some Neanderthal genes. Second, if going by the bible as being true as you put it, every human should have Neanderthal genes in them. If the only survivors were Noah and his family, then Noah, having Neanderthal genes will pass that down to all his decendants, even if his and his sons' wives didn't have it.
