The NFL Predictions Thread

Well, it looks like there are some NFL fans around, so I thought a predictions thread would be fun. I have five week 1 predictions:

1. Atlanta 21 - Eagles 20
2. Baltimore 17 - Indianapolis 21
3. New England 30 - Oakland 24
4. Buffalo 17 - Houston 13
5. Carolina 33 - New Orleans 10

I can see how you could pick the Eagles, but you really think Baltimore has a shot? You're getting my hopes up. I'm worried whether or not Jamal Lewis and Kyle Boller are ready.

Kyle is the problem. Nevertheless, I think that they can manage 3 TDs, and they clearly have an outstanding defense. Early season games tend to favor the defense, and I'm hoping that it will take Manning a few weeks before he reprises his role as touchdown maching. It's a stretch, but you looked so sad ...

Im just worried about next season. Will Indianapolis come up with the money to keep Edge, or will he go somewhere else?

4 out of 5. Not a bad start. Carolina should have one damnit. Lots of stupid calls by the refs.
