It’s a general questionYou and what other man are you speaking of? I'm confident that you would have the arrogance or audacity to speak for me.

It’s a general questionYou and what other man are you speaking of? I'm confident that you would have the arrogance or audacity to speak for me.
Not based on religion.Yes, it is a hunch because it's based on a religious belief. Therefore, it is not a definitive matter of fact.
But the good news for you is that you believe in Jesus.
Not based on religion.
I have Jesus.
There are many reasons people don’t believe in the power of Jesus, but I can’t see this being one of themIs it because we are regular ordinary men and we know that when we die there is nothing and that we find it difficult to believe in the power of Jesus? This is simply a question, not an accusation.
Personally I know for a fact that when I die there is nothing beyond. …but I have hope that Jesus will return with a new heaven and earth and I will be able to live with him again.
I see. Sorry, I was never an officer. I was only an airman first class. It’s a general question
You weren’t even a private. HahaI see. Sorry, I was never an officer. I was only an airman first class.
Carry on.
Knowing nothing happens after I die isnt based on a religionYou choose to believe in Jesus, but this belief is based on Christianity, which is, by definition, a religion.
Wrong branch.You weren’t even a private. Haha
I don’t care hahaWrong branch.
Says the ordinary man. Haha just kidding
Ok JoeJust an ordinary, average guy.
The power of Jesus is not gone by any means. And Rome's power is certainly not gone, its increased 100 fold. It was spiritual power, not physical.
We would definitely treat each other differently. That’s why I wish world leaders and all people were spiritually enlightened. Oh wellNone of us knows what it means to die. So to us, a myriad of possibilities present themselves and we will choose to hope in whichever possibility provides us with a sense of peace while we're alive.
I find this very interesting. As I wonder how differently we would interact with this world and each other if we did know what fate awaits us all in the end.
No. If the stories about Jesus are true then all religion is nonsense. Since Jesus is eternal, and not subject to time, and exists/existed long before men made up all the religions. If the stories are all false, then Jesus is just another element of one religion among many. (But they are true, so it is not religion)You choose to believe in Jesus, but this belief is based on Christianity, which is, by definition, a religion.
I am an ordinary person and I do not find it difficult to believe that when I die there is something beyond this world...Is it because we are regular ordinary men and we know that when we die there is nothing and that we find it difficult to believe in the power of Jesus? How do you think you can know that for a fact?Personally I know for a fact that when I die there is nothing beyond. …but I have hope that Jesus will return with a new heaven and earth and I will be able to live with him again.
No, we don't know exactly what it will be like, but we can have an idea, a belief about it.None of us knows what it means to die. So to us, a myriad of possibilities present themselves and we will choose to hope in whichever possibility provides us with a sense of peace while we're alive.
I am already interacting with others and the world in light of the fate I believe awaits me at the end. Why wait?I find this very interesting. As I wonder how differently we would interact with this world and each other if we did know what fate awaits us all in the end.
No, it's just because we don't know Jesus. Is it because we are regular ordinary men and we know that when we die there is nothing and that we find it difficult to believe in the power of Jesus? This is simply a question, not an accusation.

Just a good humored little ribbing here -- I am an ordinary WOMAN. This is why people today choose words like humanity, humans, and human beings rather than men.Is it because we are regular ordinary men and we know that when we die there is nothing and that we find it difficult to believe in the power of Jesus? This is simply a question, not an accusation.
