I've been watching lock picking videos.
I was never that good at it.
But the videos are illuminating.
Better tools....more knowledge...more practice....
When I worked at a gas station, someone lost the key to the lottery scratch off ticket boxes. I utilized my "skills" to make a temporary replacement with a paperclip. When I worked at an Arby's, though some negative comments were placed in the locked comment box, they had a way of not actually making it to the store manager, who wasn't the only one capable of unlocking the box.
I learned how to do it in high school. And while better tools help, the greatest tool in my experience is dexterous fingers that can move with gentle delicacy and feel the slightest and most subtle of changes as you "work."

I bought a new (used but excellent condition) bike helmet on ebay.
It's a Giro Savant.
Me old helmet was getting long in the tooth (bought in 2001).
Helmets should be replaced more often than that cuz their efficacy degrades unpredictably over time.
The new one has MIPS technology too.

I also bought the EVT Safety Zone helmet mirror....best mirror I've ever seen.

AHA, now it is revealed that you are one of the prototypical storm troopers we see in Star Wars.

Why are they trying to find people who are already hired?
Because all the good workers already have jobs.
Seriously....one contractor I know had to woo his new guy away from his prior job.
And that's how I hired that contractor...I stole him from Home Depot.

In my very biased opinion that has been formed over the course of my adult life struggling with employment, employers need to rethink how they approach hiring. I had to stoop down to the level of "lulz, those super hard, pointless, never used math courses" to feign common grounds to help me get the job I just got. But, really, I think school at level needs more math, and it's very important to know how to do it because it helps in understanding logical processes. It's great "brain exercise." But, being my normal self at job interviews doesn't get me jobs.

Appearing normal is a learned skill.

I'm glad Australia passed their same-sex marriage bill sans the "religious freedom [to discriminate]" amendment. I hope it induced weeping, anxiety, and teeth gnashing in the Pences of the world.
