I've been called "miss" and "ma'am" quite a few times lately. One of my brother's friend's even called me "pretty boy," and my brother who in his near infinite masculine insecurity told me to "stab her." And then she laughed at him (we both did) because we had "girl talk" in regards to clothing (my brother was asleep in his chair when that went on).
Things are bound to get interesting once I come out to the rest of my family.

Having a case manager makes a surprising difference. However, people also lie. This leaves the case manager stuck in a spot having to ponder how much a difference did she really make, and how much of what the client is telling her is fabricated? Especially considering this client has known history of lying to his case managers.
