And my internet is restored! Stupid DSL modem bit the dust and, for some reason, it is nearly impossible to find the damn things in stores here unless you want to pay through the nose for them. Since it was an owned modem, not a rented/leased one, we had to order one. And it was a bear to connect. Took a call to my ISP and one to customer service for the actual modem company. BUT...I did it...after much crapola...the internet is back! *happy dance*

I had to tell my nephew today to not go all hush-hush and really quiet when he starts talking about not believing in god or with criticisms of religion while out in public, and to just use him normal, regular talking voice, same as he was before he goes almost to a whisper.
