I was definitely speeding.
But that's just hearsay. A court of law didn't say I was....or say I wasn't....but there is nothing to prove I am guilty of speeding. This time. But once, and only once. Not those few buried away in court houses you're not supposed to be able to dig up.

I know it's true. My wife's mother never told her about their Irish relative. She only found out after they passed when she found stuff in a trunk.

I thought of that today, when I heard myself talk, and I noticed I picking up more of that "California girl" accent. It's still faint, but has grown stronger since the first time I heard myself talk like that.
