I learned of the game Rocksmith last night, which is pretty much Guitar Hero that requires plugging in a real guitar/bass instead of a fake plastic five button toy. I might look into this one to learn a bunch of songs on bass and to help get my guitar skills up.

Sin of Taur, I served the Sun. I knew the Sun. The Sun was a friend of mine. Sin of Taur, you're no Sun. (Prolonged shouts and applause).

It's kinda weird seeing all these old threads and being able to see where the frubals were spread years ago.

I'm falling in love with a girl I work with because she knows about 5 million dirty jokes. Plus, I hear she's loaded.

Nice little afternoon here. Picked up kids from school, once coats and snow boots were off and stuff put away, we baked chocolate muffins together. We snacked on them while watching a movie together too. Now it's coffee time while they do their own things. ;)

Well, I'm jealous.

I know, pretty sad when you're looking in the forecast and see numbers in the teens and twenties and think "Hey! It's warming up!" We saw a 30 in the forecast a couple days from now and my response was "practically balmy, shorts and t-shirts here we come",

I hear ya. It got up to double positive digits yesterday and it felt like a heat wave. Tomorrow it's gonna be in the teens, and on Sunday in the 20's, which may feel too warm to be wearing my trench coat.

Yeah, when your past few days have been in the single digits, both positive and negative, (though we did have some negative teens stuck in there) and wind chills hitting negative 30 to 40, twenties is actually nice. :p

It's been in the 40s-50s range here for about a couple of weeks now, and I literally shiver at times. Reading this makes me feel like a wuss. :p

Then again, I've handled a lot of 140°F summer days, so I suppose that offsets my relative sensitivity to cold weather. :D
